Your machine needs Windows 10 or macOS 14 or higher, a working webcam, microphone, and speaker with no headphones or headsets, exactly one display, and a stable connection of at least 6 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up, with every application except OnVUE closed. Virtual machines, beta operating systems, phones, tablets, watches, smart or AI devices, secondary or touchscreen displays, and VPN or corporate or public networks are all prohibited.
The room rules match: an empty desk except the testing computer and an unmarked beverage, a private quiet space where you remain alone, no public spaces like offices, libraries, or coffee shops. Your government-issued photo ID must exactly match the booking name. Pearson's warning is explicit - failing the minimums on exam day can mean immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the exam fee - so the pre-exam system test on the same device and network is the step that protects the fee.
How Booking Flows Between Veeam and Pearson
There is no Veeam-run exam portal.
