2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Exam Assist provides remote exam assistance services. Our experts assist clients with online proctored examinations through secure, remote connection technology. The specific nature and scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation.

3. PAY AFTER YOU PASS POLICY

Our "Pay After You Pass" policy operates as follows:

• No upfront payment is required before the exam
• Payment is due only after you receive official confirmation of a passing grade
• We retain a secure screen recording of the exam session as collateral
• The recording is permanently deleted immediately upon payment confirmation
• If you do not pass due to our service failure, you owe nothing

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your exam, including type, date, and requirements
• Ensure your system meets our technical requirements (Windows 10/11, 8GB RAM, stable internet)
• Complete the pre-exam setup session as instructed
• Maintain natural on-camera behavior during the exam
• Pay the agreed-upon fee within 48 hours of receiving your passing grade
• Not share, distribute, or disclose our methods, tools, or techniques

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment details:

• Payment Methods: We accept cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, XMR, USDC, USDT, SOL)
• Payment Timeline: Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your official passing grade
• Late Payment: Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in additional actions to recover the owed amount
• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided except in cases of service failure on our part

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We do not share client identities, exam details, or any other personal information with third parties. All communications are conducted through encrypted channels. Our daily server wipes ensure no data is retained beyond operational necessity.

7. DISCLAIMERS

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting any risks associated with using our services
• We do not guarantee any specific score or outcome beyond a passing grade
• Exam policies, proctoring software, and detection methods may change without notice
• We are not responsible for any consequences you may face from third parties

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exam Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the client relationship at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or failure to meet system requirements.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
