Examity is not one mode. Institutions license tiers — from automated record-and-review to live one-on-one proctoring — and configure which mechanisms are on. Your plan starts by pinning down exactly which version you face.
Photo ID capture, security questions, and a room scan form the common opening sequence — the steps your plan rehearses until they are routine.
Examity was acquired by Meazure Learning (announced September 2023), which also owns ProctorU. Feature sets may be converging, so your institution's current instructions — not a generic review — describe your session.
The service fee is due after the agreed result posts — never before.
How Examity Monitoring Actually Works
Examity is a menu of tiers that each institution configures, so the first useful thing any plan does is pin down which version you are facing. What follows is drawn from Examity's own published solutions and confirmed capabilities — with two honest cautions: gaze or eye-tracking, live audio analysis, and automated phone or second-device detection are marketed by some competitors but were not confirmed as standard Examity features, and whether they exist in your session depends entirely on your institution's configuration.
The architectures that matter: automated record-and-review, where software records everything and humans review flags afterward, and live proctoring, where a person watches in real time and can intervene mid-exam. The two feel completely different from the candidate's chair — a live proctor can interrupt, a recording cannot — and the plan for each is different.
The most reliable source of what your exam will do is your institution's exam instructions plus the Examity dashboard for your scheduled session. Your plan is built from those, not from vendor marketing.
The Session, Step by Step
A typical Examity session opens with identity verification: photo ID capture against the camera, and — depending on tier — challenge questions pulled from public records about you. Candidates fail this step surprisingly often: expired IDs, wrong lighting, a name that does not match the registration exactly. Your plan pre-clears every one of these.
Next comes the environment: a room scan where you rotate the camera to show the desk, walls, and workspace, then the system check confirming your browser, bandwidth, webcam, and microphone. On live-proctored tiers, a proctor then appears in chat, states the rules, and stays for the duration. On automated tiers, the recording simply starts.
The closing matters too: how the exam is submitted and the session ended properly determines whether the recording closes cleanly. An improperly ended session can trigger review. The whole arc — open, middle, close — is mapped in your plan before the window opens.
How Examity Compares to the Other Tools
Against ProctorU — now its sibling under Meazure Learning — Examity historically leaned harder into tiered institutional configurations, while ProctorU built around the Guardian browser. Against Proctorio's fully automated, no-live-proctor model, Examity's live tiers put a human in the loop. Against Honorlock's hybrid AI-plus-pop-in model, Examity's live tier is continuously staffed rather than interrupt-driven.
The comparison matters for one practical reason: institutions switch vendors, sometimes mid-program. If your notice says Examity but your institution recently moved platforms, that changes the session you will actually sit — and the plan accounts for it.
What transfers across all of them is the same: a clean environment, a rehearsed check-in, and a plan built on the exam's real configuration.
How Examity Exam Help Works
Send your Examity brief
Message us on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord with your exam name, your institution, your Examity tier if you know it (the dashboard shows it), your exam window, and your target result.
Get an honest feasibility read
The request is reviewed privately, so you know whether the timeline, the format, and the target result are workable before anything starts. If it is not realistic, you hear that plainly at intake.
The sitting is handled
You receive a structured execution plan covering communication, readiness checks, and fallback steps. The Examity-proctored exam sitting itself is then handled as agreed, with 1:1 coordination throughout.
Settle after the result
The service fee is due after the agreed pass or score outcome posts as agreed. That keeps the arrangement pointed at your result — and you never pay the service fee upfront.
The Five Examity Session Failures We Plan Against
Examity sessions fail at the gates, not in the middle. Identity, environment, and machine checks all happen before the exam opens, and each is a place a sitting can end early.
The plan walks every gate in advance, because none of these failures involve the exam content at all.
- •The challenge-question freeze: public-records questions about old addresses the candidate cannot recall.
- •The ID capture failure: glare, an expired document, or a registration name that does not match.
- •The tier surprise: expecting a recording and meeting a live proctor — or the reverse.
- •The room-scan rejection: clutter, a second monitor, or another person visible in the sweep.
- •The system-check stall: browser, bandwidth, or webcam failing at the window instead of days before.
What You Get
Tier identification
Which Examity tier and configuration your institution actually runs — the fact that decides what your session will do and how the plan is built.
Specialist matching
Examity requests are routed by exam subject, tier, time pressure, and required outcome — the plan fits your sitting, not a generic template.
Check-in walkthrough
ID capture, challenge questions, and the room scan practiced until they are routine — the steps where sessions most often stumble.
System-check clearance
Browser, bandwidth, webcam, and microphone verified against the requirements before the window, not during it.
Score or pass targeting
The plan starts with your required result, then works backward through scheduling, readiness, and the sitting itself.
Private 1:1 coordination
One coordinator on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord. No shared dashboards, no group chats, no public record.
Is This Safe, and How Discretion Works
Discretion is the product. Your exam details, target, and result stay inside a private channel you control; nothing is published, referenced, or reused — no case studies, no screenshots, ever. We never ask for your Examity, school, or portal login, and the thread is deletable by you at any point.
What we control is the quality and privacy of the engagement: an honest feasibility answer before anything starts, a structured execution plan, and a fee that follows the result. If your situation makes the service a bad fit, we say so at intake — not after.
- •We never ask for your Examity, school, or portal login — access stays with you.
- •Coordination is 1:1 on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord, deletable by you at any point.
- •No case studies, no screenshots, no references to your institution or result — ever.
- •If the timeline or setup makes the target unworkable, we say so at intake — not after.
Pay After You Pass
The service fee is due after the agreed result posts — never before. That is the entire model.
We do not promise a specific score; we promise the fee follows the result, never precedes it. Settlement is flexible and private, confirmed with you through the same channel you already use.
Candidate Feedback
I did not know my institution used the live tier until they asked me to check the dashboard. The plan matched the real exam session step for step — nothing surprised me.
The challenge questions nearly failed me — old addresses I barely remembered. We prepped them at intake. Check-in took ninety seconds on exam day.
Private from the first message, honest about feasibility, and the fee came after the exam result posted. Exactly the arrangement described.
